Recipe Lentil of Castelluccio di Norcia
Ingredients for 4 people: 400gr of lentils, 1 liter of water, 1 clove of garlic, 1 stalk of celery, salt and pepper. Pour the lentils on a pan possibly earthenware, add water, garlic and celery: cook for about 20-30 minutes. When almost cooked, add salt and raw oil. Serve with toast and oil.
Imprtante the Castelluccio lentils should not be kept in the soak.
