We cannot guarantee you the delivery times of the “big guys” on the web, we, and our products, live with very different times.
If the loin you ordered still needs 1-2 days of curing, we wait before shipping it to you.
If the pigs arrive and we have to process them, we can’t make the shipments.
If we have to rotate pork butchers from one cellar to another, how do we take care of anything else.
Pork butchery is an art, at least we believe that, and it has its times and places.
We strive to ship every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of the week, if sometimes we don’t make it, don’t be upset.
