Farmer’s Soup

Legumes contained in the Farmer’s Soup: peeled red lentils, broken peas, dried black eye beans, whole red lentils, chickpeas, broken broad beans, Spanish whites, black beans, borlotti, cannellini, red adzuchi.

We recommend “finger” cleaning.
500Gr product subject to natural weight loss.

Farmer’s Soup Recipe
Soak the legumes overnight. In a clay pot possibly filled with water, cook the legumes. At the end of cooking, adjust salt and pepper sparingly. In a pan heat the oil, flavor the chopped onion, a clove of garlic and half a chilli, when everything has become slightly golden, remove the clove of garlic, add the tomato pulp, stir, salt and cook for 5 minutes.
Pour the sauce into the saucepan of the soup and cook for another 15 minutes, adding if you need a little hot water. Cut the bread into slices and toast them lightly, rub them only on one side with a clove of garlic. Serve the soup with the slices of bread on the side.
