Spoleto recipe
Start preparing a simple tomato sauce: heat a little oil with a clove of garlic and chilli, add tomato pulp. Season with salt and cook the sauce for 10-15 minutes. Cook the stringozzi in salted water, remove them from the water with a slotted spoon and transfer them directly to the pan with the sauce, sauté everything and serve.
