Sagrantino di Montefalco Passito Terre di Capitani DOCG
Red wine obtained with the natural drying on racks for over three months of grapes of the precious Sagrantino vine.
Vinification with prolonged maceration and aging of thirty months, twelve months of which in small oak barrels. Ruby red color tending to garnet with aging.
Sweet taste suitable for desserts, but for its particular characteristics it can be combined with large roasts, important cheeses and long seasoned, accompanied by honey or jams.
