The ham flake is the finest part of the ham. We cut it when ordering, and vacuum it for shipping. Open the vacuum as soon as it arrives, and let it rest for at least 12 hours before eating it.
The ham on sale is aged at least 24 months.

The butchery could be sent vacuum-packed, the vacuum is made for transport, upon arrival of the product we advise you to remove it from the vacuum, and to consume it not before 12 hours of rest in the fridge in the vegetable section, it must be removed from the fridge at least an hour before consuming it.
