This bitter is much appreciated for the harmony between the medicinal herbs and the black truffle of Norcia.

The bitter truffle is excellent at the end of a meal or to accompany a dessert, it is usually served cold.
From an ancient recipe, the bitter black truffle of Norcia is an excellent combination of herbs, the right alcohol content and robust flavor.
