Pecorino di Norcia
The typical cheese of the Nursina tradition is pecorino, produced using only sheep’s milk.
The sheep are bred in the unspoiled nature of the Sibillini Mountains, the skill of the expert cheesemakers of the place make this exclusive cheese.
Ingredients:
- Pasteurized sheep’s milk,
- rennet
- salt
- lactic ferments.
Surface treated with sunflower oil and white wine vinegar
