Recipe for Red Beans
Soak the red beans overnight.
After draining, in a pot with a liter of water, cook them until they have absorbed it. Brown the sliced bacon in a pan, add a clove of chopped garlic with an onion, a chopped celery heart and a chilli. Add the beans and cook for an hour.
