PRIVACY POLICY (simplified)
The purpose of this privacy policy is to provide maximum transparency regarding the information the site collects and how it uses it.
In compliance with the obligations arising from national (Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, Code for the Protection of Personal Data, as amended) and European (European Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data No. 679/2016, GDPR) legislation, this site respects and protects the privacy of visitors and users, making every possible and proportionate effort not to infringe the rights of users.

In particular, this site does not use data for the purpose of targeted mailings, however it does make use of third-party services in order to improve the use of the site, third parties that may collect user data and then use it for personalized profiling.

Legal basis for processing
This site processes data primarily on the basis of user consent.

Consent is given through the banner placed on the page, also through the communication or service request forms additional consents related to the specific purpose of the service are collected.

Providing data and therefore consenting to the collection and processing of data is optional, the user can deny consent (via the banner at the bottom of the page or the browser settings for cookies, explanations to follow), and can revoke at any time a consent already provided (by contacting the data controller from the contact page). Data collected

This site collects user data in two ways.

  • Data collected in an automated manner
    During users’ browsing, the following information may be collected and stored in the log files of the site’s server (hosting):
    – internet protocol (IP)

    – parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
    – name of the internet service provider (ISP);
    – date and time of visit;
    – visitor’s origin (referral) and exit

    This data is used for statistical and analytical purposes, in aggregate form only. The IP address is used solely for security purposes and is not cross-referenced with any other data.
  • Data conferred voluntarily
    The site may collect other data in case of voluntary use of services by users, such as comment services, communication, and will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service:
    – name (if any);
    – email
    address.The data received will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service and only for the time necessary for the provision of the service, the user can always request the interruption of the Processing or the deletion of the Data at any time.
    The information that the users of the site will consider to make public through the services and tools made available to them, is provided by the user knowingly and voluntarily, exempting this site from any responsibility regarding any violation of the laws. It is up to the user to verify that he or she has permissions to enter personal data of third parties or content protected by national and international regulations.

Place of processing
The data collected from the site are processed at the headquarters of the Data Controller, and at the datacenter of the web Hosting (Aruba S.p.A. – Via San Clemente, 53 – 24036 Ponte San Pietro (BG) ), which is responsible for data processing, processing the data on behalf of the Data Controller, is located in the European Economic Area and acts in accordance with European standards.

Period of data retention
Data collected by the site during its operation are kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the specified activities. Upon expiration, the data will be deleted or anonymized, unless there is no further purpose for its retention.

Data (IP address) used for site security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are retained.

Transfer of collected data to third parties
The data collected by the site are generally not provided to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate request by the judicial authority and only in cases provided by law; if it is necessary for the provision of a specific service requested by the user; for the performance of security checks or optimization of the site.

Data transfer to non-EU countries
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular with through social plugins and Google services. The transfer is authorized according to specific decisions of the European Union and the Italian Data Protection Authority, in particular Decision 1250/2016 (Privacy Shield – here the information page of the Italian Data Protection Authority). The companies mentioned above guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.

Cookies
This site makes use of cookies, text files that are recorded on the user’s terminal or that allow access to information on the user’s terminal. Cookies make it possible to store information about visitors’ preferences, are used in order to allow the site to function properly and improve its functionality by customizing the content of the pages according to the type of browser used, or to simplify navigation by automating procedures (e.g. Login, site language), and finally for the analysis of visitors’ use of the site.

  • Woocommerce
    This site uses the free program provided by the WordPress platform for online commerce. It
    is a session cookie used to track items in the shopping cart in the sections of the site where you can make purchases.
    Three different WooCommerce cookies are used:

    – woocommerce_items_in_cart
    – wp_woocommerce_session_
    – woocommerce_recently_viewed

Social Network Plugins
This website also incorporates plugins and/or buttons in order to enable easy sharing of content on your favorite social networks. When you visit a page on our website that contains a plugin, your browser connects directly to the servers of the social network from where the plugin is loaded, which server can track your visit to our website and, if appropriate, associate it with your social account, particularly if you are logged in at the time of your visit or if you have recently browsed one of the websites containing social plugins.
