The Norcineria Ansuini Mastro Peppe is a real butchery in Norcia: the Degusteria Mastro Peppe and our only point of sale and tastings Norcineria Ansuini are located in the center of Norcia, in via Anicia, less than 100 m from Porta Ascolana (leave your car outside the walls!). You can taste all our cured meats, produced by us, which do not contain gluten and lactose and buy them, with the possibility of vacuum-packing. We offer pairings with local products and organize visits with tastings at our aging cellars in Norcia.
